Return Policy 
Here at Hip & Little we expect you to love the cute things you buy. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you may return them for a refund or exchange. Items may be returned in original resaleable condition only. Clothing and slings must be in *unwashed* condition. Please try them on before washing in ensure you have the correct size.
Exchanges are easy. If your item shipped directly from the designer/manufacturer, please contact us for directions on how to return it. Otherwise, you may mail your item back to the address on your invoice. Write a quick note to let us know what you would like to exchange your item for (size, color, and so on). We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return, so we can be sure to credit you appropriately. Send your returns to the address on your invoice, or contact us for instructions if your item was shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Custom items are final sale items and may not be returned with the exception of product defect or design error. Moses baskets and wall hangings are not returnable. Bath and body products are also not returnable for hygienic reasons.
