Made in the USA
Here at Hip and Little, we are committed to product safety and fair practices. Most of our products are made in the USA! Many of them are also made, designed or produced by fellow caring moms. Here is a selection of some of our home-grown items:

Our wooden marionettes are made by a company called Fish River Crafts in Ft. Kent, Maine. They are made by hand, then decorated with nontoxic paints or stains.

These kid-sized pianos are made by Schoenhut, a company with over 130 years of experience. They are produced in their factory in St. Augustine, Florida.

Our kookie dolls, puppets, play cookies, and chalk mats are all hand-made in the USA by talented moms!

Almost all of our clothing is made in the USA. We have made a few exceptions for items made overseas in small knitting cooperatives or fair trade organizations where employees are paid appropriately and the business helps the local economy.

Our cowboy, tricycle and 24 hour Tshirts are designed and silk-screened by Go, Goose, Go! in Portland, Oregon. The shirts themselves are also made in the USA.

For more mom-made stuff, take a look at our burp cloths, blankets, diaper bags and nursing pillows in our baby gear department. Also, our Hotslings and Mei Tai Baby Carriers are made in the USA!

All of the bibs we carry are made in the USA! Also in our meal time department are American made drink box holders, hand-beaded baby spoons, and personalized plates decorated in the U.S.

If all else fails, make your own baby gifts using one of our favorite craft books!
